2. Refund Policy Effective Date: 9/4/2025 At LuxSweep, we stand by the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied, our refund and re-clean policy applies: Eligibility for Refund or Re-clean Customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion if dissatisfied. We will first offer a free re-clean of the affected areas. If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, we may issue a partial or full refund at management’s discretion. Non-Refundable Situations Services already completed without any complaint filed within 24 hours. Situations outside our control (e.g., property damage unrelated to our cleaning). Add-on services completed as requested. Cancellation Policy 24 hours or more before appointment: Full refund. Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies. Same-day cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.
3. Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 9/4/2025 These Terms govern your use of LuxSweep’s services and website (www.luxsweep.pro). By booking a service, you agree to these conditions. Service Agreement LuxSweep provides cleaning services as scheduled and paid for by the client. Customers must provide safe access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Prices may vary depending on the property size, condition, and additional requests. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, Stripe, or other approved methods. Liability We are insured and take reasonable precautions while providing service. LuxSweep is not liable for: Pre-existing damages to property or belongings. Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value. Events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, water shortages). Customer Responsibilities Provide accurate service details when booking. Secure pets, valuables, and hazardous items before the cleaning appointment. Notify LuxSweep of any special cleaning requirements. Termination of Service LuxSweep reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if: Unsafe working conditions exist. Customers engage in harassment, threats, or unreasonable demands. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
